Full Rights Transfer Clause (Copyright Assignment)
Upon full payment, all copyrights, ownership interests, and intellectual property rights in the photographs, videos, and related media created by Dale Jackson II Photography for this project are irrevocably transferred and assigned to the Client. This assignment includes all rights to reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sublicense, and create derivative works without limitation. Dale Jackson II Photography retains no ownership, usage rights, or control over the media after transfer, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Dale Jackson II Photography may not use the media for portfolio, marketing, advertising, or any other purpose without the Client’s express written permission.
Digital Editing Disclosure
All photographs, videos, and related media created and delivered by Dale Jackson II Photography are digitally edited for visual enhancement, including but not limited to adjustments to lighting, color, sky appearance, and minor object removal. These edits are intended solely to improve the presentation of the property and do not depict or guarantee the actual current condition, features, or surroundings. All parties responsible to verify property details, conditions, and features through independent inspection.
MLS Compliance
Client is responsible for ensuring all media complies with local MLS rules, including disclosure of edited or virtually staged content.
90‑Day Storage & Deletion Clause
Dale Jackson II Photography will store all delivered photographs, videos, and related media for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. After this 90‑day period, the media may be permanently deleted at the discretion of Dale Jackson II Photography. The Client is responsible for downloading and securely storing all files within this retention window, as retrieval after deletion is not guaranteed.
Dispute Resolution & Satisfaction Clause
Dale Jackson II Photography is committed to delivering high‑quality real estate media. If a client is not satisfied with the delivered photographs, videos, or related media, the client must notify Dale Jackson II Photography within 48 hours of delivery to request a resolution. If, after reasonable efforts to correct or address the concern, the client remains unsatisfied, the client is not obligated to pay for the services. In such an event, the client is strictly prohibited from using, publishing, distributing, or displaying any of the photographs, videos, or media delivered. All rights to the media remain fully owned by Dale Jackson II Photography, and any unauthorized use constitutes a violation of copyright law.
